Responsibilities Identify prospects on various digital platforms such as facebook, youtube, instagram etc Conduct a needs analysis and determine pain points of such prospects and accordingly explain to them how our platform will speak to those needs. Initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to convince them to join our platform. The prime goal of this profile is to convince influencers to join our platform. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.Required experience and knowledge Bachelor's Degree preferred Minimum 1+ work experience as a tele-caller, tele-Marketer or inside sales Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed determined sales targets. A proven track record of strong client relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
