Job Description
Shree Govind Automobile Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Jaipur. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller is to make outgoing calls to customers to verify their personal and contact information, to follow up on inquiries, and to recommend and sell products. Telecallers will also maintain call logs and customer records, with a focus on providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Prior experience in customer service or telemarketing, with a proven track record of success Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi Strong phone handling and active listening skills Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing is a plus
