Job Description
- Handling enquiries / incoming calls for admissions
- Answer the questions of parents/admission enquiries over the telephone
- Generating 5-10 admissions leads per day
- Maintaining the record of daily walk-ins and doing the followups with them
- Set appointments with prospective parents based
- Maintain the record of all the leads along with remarks and feedback
- Daily basis reporting and discussion with Center Head/Team Leader with proper feedback
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff
- Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- Leave encashment
