Provide clear and empathetic communication to patients regarding IVF procedures, consultation schedules, and treatment plans.
Convert enquiries into hospital visits and consultations by effective communication and counseling.
Maintain patient database, enquiry logs, and call records in the hospital management system.
Schedule and confirm appointments with doctors and coordinators.
Follow up with potential patients who have shown interest in IVF treatments.
Coordinate with the IVF team to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
Address patient queries with professionalism and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive medical information.
