Key Responsibilities
Call potential and existing clients to inform them about our IT and digital services.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
Follow up with clients for feedback and future opportunities.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Requirements
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
Good communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
