Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling or telesales, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. You will play a key role in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting our sales executives in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Beta Byte's products and services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels.
Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 3 year of experience in telecalling or telesales.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Punjabi.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Knowledge of IT services/products is a must.
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
