Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to explain mutual fund products and investment options
Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable mutual fund schemes (equity, debt, hybrid, SIPs, etc.)
Generate qualified leads and follow up to convert them into investments
Educate clients on SIPs, lump-sum investments, NAVs, risk profiles, and long-term wealth creation
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems
Coordinate with relationship managers or advisors for closure and documentation
Address basic customer queries and escalate complex cases to senior advisors
Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI guidelines and company policies
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and revenue targets
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products
Ability to explain financial concepts in simple language
Customer-centric mindset with follow-up discipline
Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Comfortable with CRM tools and MS Excel
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline (Finance preferred)
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or financial services
Preferred Experience
Experience in mutual funds, insurance, banking, or wealth management
Prior outbound sales or inside sales experience
