Job Title: Telecalling Trainee (Internship)

Location: Kollam, Kerala

Role Summary

As a Telecalling Trainee, you will be the voice of Xylem Learning. Your primary goal is to bridge the gap between our expert educational programs and the students who need them. Through professional tele-consulting, you will guide parents and students toward the right academic path, directly impacting our mission to provide quality education.

Responsibilities:

Outbound Outreach: Conduct daily calls to prospective students and parents to introduce Xylem's NEET/JEE preparation programs. Consultative Selling: Clearly explain our course features, faculty expertise, and success stories to build trust and interest. Lead Management: Follow up with potential leads, resolve their queries, and assist them through the enrollment process. Data Maintenance: Accurately log all call details, student feedback, and status updates in our CRM system. Target Achievement: Work toward meeting daily and weekly calling quotas and admission goals. Team Collaboration: Participate in daily briefings at our Kollam office to refine communication strategies and share success tips.
Requirements:

Effective Communicators: Strong verbal skills with the ability to convince and engage listeners over the phone. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Malayalam is essential; basic proficiency in English is preferred. Growth Mindset: A resilient, "never-give-up" attitude with a hunger for achieving targets. Educational Background: Current students or recent graduates (any stream) looking for hands-on experience in sales/telecalling. Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Kollam.
