We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern who can support our sales and customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic sales & marketing understanding, and the ability to convince potential customers. The role also includes handling customer queries across online platforms, WhatsApp, and basic social media communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain product details clearly.
Follow up with leads and assist in converting them into customers.
Communicate confidently in Hindi and English, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Handle customer queries on online platforms, comments, inbox, and WhatsApp with smart and quick responses.
Assist the sales and marketing team with basic promotional activities.
Maintain records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
Provide daily and weekly reports on calls, conversions, queries, and customer feedback.
Understand customer needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
Offer basic customer support, resolve simple issues, and escalate complex queries when required.
Support in basic social media tasks such as replying to comments, responding to messages, and sharing updates when needed.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Ability to provide smart, polite, and helpful replies to customers.
Familiarity with WhatsApp communication and basic customer support etiquettes.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
