Telecaller Intern

Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential leads and explain our products/services.
Clean, update, and segment candidate databases using Excel/Google Sheets.
Use CRM tools to track, manage, and update lead interactions.
Follow up with warm leads via phone or email.
Maintain detailed records of lead status and call performance.
Submit daily/weekly reports on calling activity and lead outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi
.
Female candidates preferred
Confidence in cold calling and objection handling.
Basic understanding or prior exposure to CRM tools.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Team player with strong follow-up habits.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must be available for a
full-time in-office
internship.
Must be based in
Lucknow

Available to start

Able to commit for the full
