Telecaller Intern
to join our team. The role involves connecting with customers, collecting feedback, and supporting initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback on their experience.
Record and summarise customer feedback accurately and systematically.
Identify common issues or recurring patterns to support customer experience improvements.
Coordinate and execute activities designed to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily call logs and reporting metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns where required.
Ensure professionalism and adherence to communication guidelines at all times.
Requirements
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus, Kannada, Tamil. Telugu and Marathi. Strong listening skills and customer-centric attitude.
Ability to work from office
6 days a week
(hybrid structure, but office presence is mandatory).
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools preferred).
Positive attitude, punctuality, and eagerness to learn.
Freshers encouraged; prior telecalling or customer service experience is a bonus.
