Role Overview:
We are looking for
Telecaller Interns
who are confident, persuasive, and willing to learn client communication skills. The role involves student and client calling, lead generation, and supporting the sales and operations teams.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and clients to explain training, placement, and staffing services.
Handle inbound queries with professionalism and provide correct information.
Conduct cold calling to generate new leads.
Follow up with interested candidates/clients regularly to ensure conversions.
Maintain call logs, update databases, and share daily reports with the team.
Assist the sales and academic counseling team in driving enrollments and client tie-ups.
Requirements:
0-2 years of experience (freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for reporting.
Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline can apply.
