Job Role & Responsibilities:

Reach out to potential and existing key clients over the phone. Pitch the company's interior design products and services confidently and convincingly. Explain product details, answer client queries, and build positive business relationships. Schedule meetings and follow up with clients as required. Maintain a record of calls and client interactions for reporting purposes.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of telecalling / telesales / client servicing experience.

Communication:

Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, Bengali, and English.

Preference:

Female candidates preferred.

Personality:

Pleasant, confident, and persuasive with a client-friendly approach.

Location:

Candidates residing in or near Bangur, Kolkata will be preferred.
