Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our Insurance Broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining various insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.), and assisting in policy renewals and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote insurance products. Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility clearly and professionally. Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales teams. Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in CRM. Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure. Support customers in policy renewals and documentation.

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling experience (preferably in insurance or financial sector). Good communication and convincing skills. Basic computer and CRM knowledge. Positive attitude and ability to meet targets.

Qualification:


Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in telecalling or customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
