Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads and explain program offerings
Understand student needs and recommend the right courses
Follow up consistently to convert leads into enrollments
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Collaborate with the team to improve outreach strategies
Key Performance Metrics:
Daily call volume and lead follow-ups
Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate
Customer feedback and satisfaction
CRM accuracy and reporting consistency
What You'll Need:
Education:
High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Experience:
6 months-1 year in telesales, customer service, or EdTech sales
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented and proactive with a persuasive approach
Basic proficiency in Excel and CRM tools
