Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and converting prospects into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for closing sales. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or issues promptly. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
