Job Description

We are looking for a Telecaller to engage with customers on Indiamart and TradeIndia platforms. The role involves calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing product information, and addressing inquiries. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up on queries, and maintaining customer relationships. Strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle customer concerns effectively are essential. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
