Answer calls from potential and existing customers regarding products or services Address inquiries, explain features, build rapport, and resolve complaints professionally Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and guide customers through the purchase process Convert warm leads generated from marketing into sales Accurately log calls, update customer information in the CRM, and process orders Meet daily/weekly call volume, sales, and quality standards Stay updated on product details, promotions, and industry trends Follow up with orders & customers directed by management Monitor and follow payment collection from customers

Required Skills & Qualification:



Bachelor Degree in any stream with telecalling interest Excellent verbal skills, clear articulation, and ability to build rapport Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented attitude Ability to understand customer needs and close deals Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Handle rejection, work under pressure, and potentially shifts Passionate in customer sales and customer handling Both freshers & experienced candidates can apply Candidates from Coimbatore locality is most preferred
