Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller to join our team at Gogaga Holidays Private Limited. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with information about our travel packages. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a fresher with less than 1 year of experience, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the travel industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English languages
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Good computer skills and knowledge of CRM software
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to work well in a team

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our travel packages
• Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
