Our innovative privacy-focused concept prioritizes our customer\'s privacy by avoiding intrusive data collection and providing direct connections with builders and sellers necessary for our customers to find properties that suit their needs without compromising their personal information. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Hyderabad. As a Telecaller, your responsibilities will include making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining Asset Acquire\'s services, and scheduling follow-up appointments with them. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system. Qualifications Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role Strong communication skills in the language(s) appropriate to the location and target audience of the role Ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Comfortable using MS Office and CRM software systems Ability to work independently and in a team environment
