Candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls.

Responsible for making Cold Calls, handling outbound and inbound process.

Excellent communication (in English as well as local language), interpersonal, administrative and customer service skills

Candidate should have good presentation and convincing skills.

Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.

Ability to work in a target-oriented business

Involved in extensive calling & follow up with the students.

To ensure that data is entered and status changed on a daily basis as per the standards of the Company.

All filing, scanning and other admin duties

Managing the front office

Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, clients who visit the office and managing appointments on behalf of counseling staff

The candidate will be expected to manage the initial enquiries received to the office and provide excellent customer service to customers.

Any other duties as may be assigned by the Office Manager or Director
