Job Description

Role: Real Estate Sales Telecaller Location: Hyderabad Overview of The Possible Inc: The Possible Inc, a subsidiary of Starfish Growth Partners LLP, has partnered with well-renowned real estate builders in Hyderabad and Bangalore to sell residential and commercial properties. We, therefore, have immediate requirements for persuasive and confident Telecallers for our real estate division. The selected candidates will be responsible to convert cold leads to active leads. They should be able to coordinate not just with clients but also cross-functionally between our internal teams so having robust persuasive communication skills is key for this role! The selected candidates must have an understanding of real estate services. They must have the ability and insight to recognize the unique needs of property owners, investors, and future clients to ensure the sales goals are achieved. Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through telecalls, and emails; generate new business leads, and actively support the sales team.
  • Maintain the lead database of existing and prospective clients.
  • Arrange meetings for the Sales team and follow up on the same.
  • Record sales data and other information.
  • Handle walk-in customers and ensure proper coordination between the company, the sales team, and its clients.
  • Develop, maintain relationships, and ensure prompt service and support to the clients either in person or via telephone calls and emails.
  • Record clients\' feedback, and market information (If any)
  • Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.
  • Support in making pitch presentations & participating in client meetings.
Suitability:
  • The candidate should be a Graduate from any background
  • Being able to communicate in English and Telugu is a must
  • The candidate should have good communication skills.
  • Computer knowledge with G-suite, Canva, etc.
  • Freshers/ experienced candidates can apply.
Remuneration: Salary and commissions Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 930,000.00 per month Benefits:
