Work on behalf of Agonda Bayou Resort, is a luxurious and renowned resort dedicated to providing exceptional experiences for guests. Roles and Responsibilities: Customer Inquiries and Reservations:Receive inbound calls from potential guests inquiring about resort packages, availability, rates, and amenities.
Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring accurate reservations and providing necessary information. Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions and assistance.
Offer support and guidance to guests during their stay, addressing any requests or issues promptly and effectively. Information Provision:Provide detailed information about the resort, including room types, amenities, dining options, recreational activities, and nearby attractions. Up-selling and Cross-selling:Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services, packages, or amenities to enhance the guest\'s experience and increase revenue. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, reservations, and feedback. Collaboration with Teams:Collaborate with other departments, such as reservations, housekeeping, and dining, to ensure seamless communication and coordination in fulfilling guest needs. Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in a customer service or telecaller role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
