Role and Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers in the US to promote products.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and customer engagement.
Maintain call records and update customer information accurately in CRM software.
Explain company offerings, pricing, and benefits clearly to US clients.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with sales or support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and comply with company policies and call quality standards.
Adapt communication style to suit US time zones, culture, and professional etiquette.
Handle customer objections or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
Prepare and submit call reports and performance summaries to management regularly.
Preferred Skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. o Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Good listening and customer handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools.
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
