Role Overview
We are seeking a Telecaller with good English communication skills. The role involves calling company-provided online leads and updating customer details in the CRM portal. There are no sales targets in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to customers from company-provided online leads
-Service information and handle basic customer queries
-Maintain and update customer records in the CRM portal
-Follow up with customers when required
-Ensure accurate documentation and communication
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
