About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and articulate
Outbound Telecaller
to join our sales team in Gurgaon. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their solar energy requirements, and generating qualified leads for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
Educate prospects about the benefits and savings of switching to solar energy.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up records.
Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule site visits or meetings.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
Provide timely feedback from customers to improve communication and strategy.
Required Skills
Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and listening skills.
Confident, target-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Basic understanding of solar products or a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in outbound telecalling, telesales, or lead generation (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector .
Special Requirements
Strong communication skills, customer empathy, and the ability to create interest in solar energy solutions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
