Explain product features, benefits, and cost savings of solar energy solutions.
Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
Handle inbound customer calls, resolve queries, and provide accurate product information.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to visit customers for site surveys or demonstrations.
Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Share regular updates with the sales team regarding market feedback and customer concerns.
