. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, educating patients about services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining excellent patient communication.
Key Responsibilities
:
Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing patients.
Explain IVF, fertility, and related healthcare services clearly and sensitively.
Address patient queries, provide accurate information, and offer reassurance.
Follow up with leads, maintain call logs.
Book appointments and coordinate with doctors, nurses, and front-desk staff.
Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality of patient data in line with healthcare regulations.
Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Required Skills
:
Good Communication Skills.
Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills.
Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare terms, especially related to fertility or women's health.
Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations professionally.
Qualifications
:
Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
Prior experience in a hospital, fertility clinic, or healthcare call center is an advantage.
Training in customer service or healthcare communication is a plus.
