Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

l Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database

l Explain products or services and generate interest l Follow up with leads and maintain regular contact

l Handle customer queries in a professional and polite manner

l Maintain records of calls and customer information

l Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned

Requirements:

l Minimum 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)

l Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English

l Basic computer knowledge

l Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

l Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,645.29 - ?25,000.00 per month
