Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote wellness and skin care services.
Explain treatment packages, offers, and benefits in a clear and persuasive manner.
Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to confirm bookings.
Assist in welcoming clients and providing them with service information before their treatment.
Maintain and update client databases accurately.
Handle basic queries and escalate complex concerns to the senior team.
Support promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all client interactions.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/regional language as required].
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of wellness, beauty, and skin care services (training will be provided).
Comfortable with phone-based communication.
Presentable and client-friendly personality.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
