About the Role:

We are seeking a

skilled, proactive, and confident Telecaller

who can effectively connect with potential leads, build rapport, and convert interest into meetings and deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with the Business Development team to help drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Call on inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. Engage prospects professionally and persuasively to understand their requirements. Explain our services clearly and compellingly to spark interest and move the conversation forward. Set up and schedule meetings between leads and the Business Development team. Follow up diligently to ensure the meetings happen as scheduled and leads are nurtured consistently. Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM. Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing/sales teams. Meet weekly and monthly call and conversion targets.

Who You Are:

and strong persuasion skills. Well-organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations. Fluent in

English and Hindi

(other regional languages are a bonus). Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred. Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining daily call records.
