Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries effectively. Follow-up on leads and maintain a strong pipeline. Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversions. Provide accurate information and handle objections professionally. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with sales or support teams if needed.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (preferred). Excellent communication skills in [Languages - e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]. Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
