Samay Classic Private Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting the sales team by generating leads and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Clearly explain product details, pricing, and current offers.
Handle inbound queries, resolve customer concerns professionally, and maintain strong relationships.
Maintain and update customer databases and call logs regularly.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for order follow-ups and closures.
Prepare daily and weekly calling reports for internal review.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer support experience.
Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach.
Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets on time.
Must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
