Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce property listings.
Generate new leads and follow up with existing leads to convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current property listings and market trends.
Provide detailed information about properties and answer any questions clients may have.
Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with the sales team.
Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Meet and exceed monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle client objections and provide appropriate solutions.
