The Opportunity
We're looking for an energetic Telecaller who loves talking to people, digs into data and keeps the sales engine humming. You'll revive cold & dormant leads, qualify fresh enquiries, schedule meetings for the Sales team and act as the interim CRM champion--ensuring every follow-up, document and status update is on point.
What you'll do
Dial into leads that are cold, warm & past using structured call-flows
Probe needs, budget & timeline; score leads and pass qualified prospects to Advisors
Send follow-up WhatsApps, emails and reminder calls post-site-visit
Maintain pristine data in CRM; generate daily/weekly reports
Reactivate lapsed leads with targeted nurture sequences
What makes you a fit
1-3 yrs high-volume tele-sales or inside-sales experience (real estate preferred)
Clear, confident spoken Hindi & English; active listening skills
Comfortable with CRMs, Excel/Sheets and WhatsApp Business; Leadsquared a plus
Process-driven, detail-obsessed and unfazed by repetitive tasks
Able to work Sundays
