Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients regarding appointments, follow-ups, and hospital services.
Handle inbound patient queries with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information about doctors, treatments, and facilities.
Maintain and update patient records in the system.
Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and service continuity.
Work closely with the hospital's front desk and operations team.
