Key Responsibilities:
Call potential customers to understand their home loan requirements.
Explain available loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain daily calling reports.
Coordinate with loan advisors and bankers for smooth case processing.
Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems.
Candidate Requirements:
Female candidates preferred.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service (preferred from BFSI or home loan sector).
Good communication skills in
Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Confident, polite, and target-driven attitude.
Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
