We are seeking a dedicated and professional

Telecaller

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, providing accurate information to clients, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads Provide clear and concise information about products/services Maintain and update call logs, customer data, and follow-up details Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals Handle customer queries with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate with the sales team for lead handovers

Required Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication skills in Tamil/English (as per requirement) Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (preferred but not mandatory) Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM entry) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision Immediate joiners will be given priority
