Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales/appointments.
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive communication tone.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in
Hindi
(speaking and understanding).
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior telecalling/customer service experience is an added advantage.
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
