Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products.
Explain product features (Mobile Billing, Desktop Billing, KOT App, etc.) clearly.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Schedule and follow up on product demos.
Maintain call records in Excel or company CRM.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking)
is a must.
Basic knowledge of
English
and
computer operations
.
Familiarity with
Google Meet
,
Excel
, and basic data entry.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Prior tele-calling or sales experience is an added advantage.
