About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly and persuasive Telecaller to join our Customer Experience team. You'll be the voice of Etherea Essentia -- resolving queries, recovering abandoned carts, and engaging with our customers across platforms to enhance their experience and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outgoing calls for abandoned checkouts and pending orders.
Provide customer support via phone, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and website tickets.
Handle post-purchase queries and ensure timely resolution.
Upsell and recommend relevant products to existing customers.
Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and ticketing platforms is a plus.
Ability to handle social media communication and multitask efficiently.
