Telecaller
to handle student enquiries and support the overseas education counseling team. The role involves communicating with students and parents, providing information about study abroad services, and generating quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities
Handle inbound calls and respond to enquiries in a professional manner
Explain consultancy services, courses, universities, and countries clearly
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for counselors
Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and follow-up status
Coordinate with counselors and visa teams for effective communication
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation in any discipline
Experienced candidates are welcome with a minimum of 1 -2 years
Good communication skills in English and Telugu
Computer knowledge
Positive attitude and good convincing skills
Salary & Benefits:
Salary ranges in between 15k - 20 k per month
Training will be provided
