Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients to generate leads and explain digital marketing services (SEO, social media ads, website development, etc.).
Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong communication to convert prospects into customers.
Identify client needs, provide relevant information, and create interest in our services.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate call logs and lead details.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve monthly targets.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive
in a B2B environment.
Knowledge of
Digital Marketing services
(SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, etc.).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Good command of English and Hindi (or other regional languages as needed).
Strong organizational skills and target-oriented mindset.
