We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller

to join our team and support our business development and client engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective leads, clients, and partners. Explain company services clearly and confidently, addressing queries and building trust. Maintain a database of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Generate interest and schedule meetings for the business development team. Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into warm leads. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Collect and document client feedback to improve communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualities

Excellent verbal communication skills in

English and Hindi

(any additional language is a plus). Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner. Good listening skills with the ability to understand client needs. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven. Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum: Graduate / Diploma in any stream. Preferred: Background in Marketing, Business Communication, or related fields.
