Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential clients through telemarketing efforts, promoting our products and services, and contributing to our sales goals. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to effectively negotiate and close sales. Experience in technology sales or inside sales is a plus.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services. Utilize Salesforce software to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining a positive customer experience. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching market goals. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively convey value propositions. Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes, and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous. Knowledge of technology sales is a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
