IT Telesales :-

Making calls

: Making outbound calls to current and potential customers to promote and sell products and services

Building relationships

: Fostering relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential clients

Providing information

: Explaining company products and services, and providing information about banking products

Resolving queries

: Handling incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or complaints

Meeting targets

: Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Staying updated

: Staying updated with market trends

Reporting

: Maintaining daily call records, submitting daily progress reports, and reporting analysis and observations to the team lead
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:

IT service management: 2 years (Required) Tele Sales: 2 years (Required) total work: 2 years (Required)
