Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits to potential clients.
Maintain and update customer information in the database.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and follow-ups.
