We are seeking a professional and personable Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful applicant will contribute to building strong relationships with clients and support the organisation's outreach efforts.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients in a courteous and professional manner Conduct data entry accurately during and after calls to update client records Engage in active listening to understand client needs and provide relevant information Upsell products or services where appropriate to maximise sales opportunities Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience Analyse call outcomes and provide feedback for continuous improvement Assist in managing multilingual communication, particularly in Spanish and English, to serve diverse client bases Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining flexibility to adapt conversations as needed Document call details thoroughly in the organisation's database for future reference

Qualifications

Proven experience in data entry, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are highly desirable Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clear and professional phone etiquette Good analysis skills to assess client needs and identify upselling opportunities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy Organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with a positive attitude
