Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls / attend inbound calls in
fluent English
Explain products or services clearly to customers
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Handle customer queries and objections politely
Maintain a positive and professional attitude on calls
Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Requirements:
Good spoken
English communication skills
Confident voice and clear pronunciation
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel is a plus)
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred (freshers can apply)
