Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Generate leads and convert them into sales or scheduled appointments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and update customer information in a CRM system.
Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
